Since publication in 2016 New Zealand postage has increased so please contact me if you have an old form so I can let you know the cost of postage.

For purchasers using credit card you can use PayPal. This is the recommended payment for overseas purchasers. Any other international banking method seems to charge huge fees. Let me know if you wish to purchase and I will set up an invoice.

Please remember that this book is now in a number of libraries across New Zealand and can be inter-loaned from the National Library. As well there is a copy in the Society of Genealogists, UK.
